A Grace Period allows for a limited time of continued, unrestricted usage use of License Statistics after exceeding your license's usage limit, as described below.

Grace Period initiation and discontinuation

A Grace Period is initiated after exceeding the limit by no more than 125% for the last 30 days of monitoring. After a Grace Period is initiated:

  • The Grace Period will remain in effect for 14 days or until the usage drops back below the limit
  • If the usage limit continues to be exceeded for more than 14 days after the Grace Period begins, Light Restricted Access Mode will automatically be initiatedIf the limit is exceeded by over 125%, Restricted Access Mode will be initiated
  • After the Grace Period ends, another Grace Period will not be available for 180 days from the time that the limit was last exceeded. Instead, if Light Restricted Access Mode will be initiated.
  • If the limit is exceeded before 180 days has passed, Light by over 125% at any time, Restricted Access Mode will be initiated.
