Licensing Model 2025 was introduced with License Statistics v7.0 to simplify and add more flexibility to the licensing rules. Licensing Model 2025 is not supported by License Statistics versions older than v7.0. Licensing Model 2025 is the default for License Statistics v7.0 and newer, and Licensing Models 2013 and 2019 are deprecated as of v7.0. However, according to the rules described in the License Transition section:
