The Current Usage, Uptime, and Usage Historytabs in pages under the License Servers page section let you quickly access any license server details you are interested in. You can also go directly to the Current Usage page for a license server by clicking on the server name from the License Servers section of the Dashboard.
General Information
All license server pages include a General Information area at the top of the page that The General Information grid shows general information about the selected license server, including:
- License server name
Vendor name
- Gathering
Statuses for each data source type (
Realtime, Realtime Group, Imported, Imported Group) (Note: If you see a warning symbol next to the Gathering Type, hovering over the warning symbol will display a message that indicates the license server has historical data but no configuration, and therefore is not a valid realtime license server. No realtime data can be monitored for the license server in this case, so we recommend that you use the "Remove license server historical data" button to remove historical data. This option is available only for License Statistics administrative users.Remote Monitoring, Importing, and End User Monitoring)
Last update time
(Note: If the last update time for the feature exceeds two times the query interval (as set in license server settings), the last update time will display in red. For example, if the update interval is 2 minutes (120 seconds) and there is no update for 4 minutes, the last update time will display in red.)- Description

Info The color of the text used for "Last Update Time" indicates the minutes elapsed since the last update time:
Minutes elapsed since last update time Color indicator 0 - 10 Green
10 - 20 Orange 20 or more Red
Editing license server information
To edit license server information, use the License Servers tab in page under the Administration page. This page also lets you enter and edit server aliases and merge server data.section.
