Administrators can now add grids, charts, and other panels from the Administration section to Dashboardtheir dashboards.

A new default Administration Reports template containing a default set of widgets was introduced for conveniencealso introduced to provide an easy way to create a new Administration dashboard. 

All permissions, scopes, and sharing rules follow the logic described in in Managing dashboards.
