Grace Period and Light Restricted Access Mode, available only with License Model 2025, allow for a limited time of continued usage after exceeding your license's usage limit.  

As the graph below illustrates:

• A Grace Period is initiated after exceeding your usage limit by the soft limit (no more than 125% (soft limitof user licenses purchased)
• The Grace Period will remain in effect for 14 days or until the usage drops back below the limit
• If usage continues to exceed the limit for more than 14 days after the Grace Period begins, Light Restricted Access Mode will automatically be initiated
• After the Grace Period ends, another Grace Period will not be available for 180 days from the time that the limit was last exceeded
• If the soft limit is exceeded before 180 days has passed, Light Restricted Access Mode will be initiated
• If the limit is exceeded by the hard limit (over 125% (hard limitof user licenses purchased) at any time,   Restricted Access Mode will be initiated
