Light Restricted Access Mode allows users to continue running License Statistics with some restrictions after exceeding usage limits. Light Restricted Access Mode has fewer limitations than Restricted Access Mode. You will not be charged extra for users monitored during Light Restricted Access Mode.

- Users in the database have exceeded the Soft Limit (less than 125% of the usage limit ) for the last 30 days
- The limit has not been exceeded by more than 125% (when the limit is exceeded by over 125%, Restricted Access Mode will be initiated)
- No A Grace Period has ended and the usage limit continues to be exceeded
- No Grace Period is available is available (the Grace Period has run out, but the Soft Limit has remained exceeded)
Light Restricted Access Mode will come into effect 14 days after the Grace Period was initiated, and will remain in effect for an additional 14 days or until the usage drops back below the limit. If the limit is exceeded again sooner than 180 days from the last time the limit was exceeded, Restricted Access Mode will be initiated.
