The information on this page refers to License Statistics v6.1 14 and newer, which introduced the ability to enable automatic LDAP user importschema settings. If you are using a version prior to v6.14, see documentation for previous versions. |
After configuring LDAP, you can choose to enable automatic LDAP user import by toggling on the Enable LDAP Users Import option in the Administration: LDAP Configuration page.
LDAP users are automatically imported every 6 hours. You may manually import LDAP users at any time by clicking Save and Import. If an import operation is already in progress, the Import button is disabled and shows the import is in progress, as shown in the illustration below.. After you being an import, the page will show the progress and will inform you of the success or failure of the import.
To define schema settings for the Import, click the Schema Settings expand button.
