LMX-2696Fixed LM-X client library crashing on Windows without indicating any errors due to permission problems.
LMX-2694Eliminated a problem with installing LM-X on Windows with FIPS mode enabled.
LMX-2678Changed the default LogPath setting of the LM-X license server service from command line arguments to the config file.
