Our primary goal at X-Formation is to create the ultimate customer experience. Although we initially provided customers with access to our issue tracking system, JIRA, we determined that this method of communication does not work as expected, and causes confusion as to the status of reported issues and feature requests. Therefore, as of July 1, 2015, we no longer provide customers with access to our issue tracking system to stay informed about the status of our product development tasks.
Your opinions have always determined our course of action at X-Formation, so please don't hesitate to continue to contact us with your feedback, questions, and suggestions for new features in our products. Rest assured, we will promptly review your feedback to determine whether any improvements or bug fixes can be made in future upgrades to our products.
