Since our primary goal at X-Formation is to create the ultimate customer experience, we decided to give you, our Customers, more up-to-date information about our development roadmap instead of providing only internal information about the progress of our work.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that of July 1, 2015, you will not longer be able to use our JIRA issue tracking system to stay informed about the status of our tasks. Over the course of time we noticed that this channel of communication does not work as expected and causes confusion as to the status of reported issues and feature requests.
Your opinions have always determined our course of action at X-Formation, so we decided to enable a better channel of communication, X-Formation feedback page, where you can submit feedback, ask questions and suggest new features in our products.
You can be sure that will review your feedback internally for further consideration and determine whether any improvements or issues can be incorporated or fixed in future upgrades. Your unique perspective on how we can continue improving and refining our products in invaluable to us, so please keep sending your suggestions!
