The following sections describe the administrative functions of the LM-X web-based UI, which are located under the Administration tab, including:
- Starting and stopping the server
- Activating licenses and uploading license files
- Enabling and configuring HAL
- Enabling and configuring Pay Per Use
- Enabling and configuring license server logging
- Editing the license server configuration file
- Configuring settings for TCP, remote access and user removal
To ensure that the administrative functions are accessible only to authorized administrators, you must enter a valid password to open the Administration tab. The password is stored in the configuration file and can be seen when setting up the license server.
