To remove old, unneeded data from the License Statistics database, select the Database Management tab from the Administration page. (This page is visible only for License Statistics administrator users.) Under the Data Removal section of the Database Management page, select the date from which to remove data. Data from the selected day and prior will be removed from the database. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Note: It is strongly recommended to restart License Statistics when the data removal has been fully completed, especially when removing large amounts of data.
You should also note that data removal can be time-consuming, depending on the amount of data being deleted. Although the data removal progress is not shown on the Data Removal page, the process runs in the background until the data removal is complete.
