Feature information in the Dashboard includes grids that show realtime current license utilization, licenses nearing expiration, features checked out for over 24 hours, and features being used on more than one host, and currently active users using the highest number of licenses.
Features are listed once for each version and type (Floating, Nodelocked, or Token). See Viewing feature details for more information about how features are identified in lists.

The Current Utilization gives you an overview of the usage of monitored features.
Features Expiring In Next
...
12 Months
The Licenses Expiring In Next 30 Days grid12 Months chart keeps you informed about monitored licenses that will soon expire within the next 12 months, to help you stay on top of license renewal times.
The color of the text helps you quickly recognize which licenses are expiring soonest:
- Red: expires in 0 - 7 days
- Yellow: expires in 8 - 30 days
. You can click on a specific month to view more information about a specific feature.
Current Usage Above 24 Hours
The Current Usage Above 24 Hours section lists those licenses that have been checked out for longer than 24 hours, helping you to discover possible issues with users keeping licenses checked out unnecessarily.
Current Usage On Multiple Hosts
The Current Usage On Multiple Hosts section lists details of the features being used (name, version and type), the vendor of the monitored software, the license server for which you can view usage details, and the usernames and hostnames for features being currently used on multiple hosts by the same user.
To get more details about the usage for any given feature in the Dashboard, click on the feature name in the Feature column. Feature details display, as described in Viewing feature details.
Highest License Usage
The Highest License Usage bar chart shows no more than 10 currently active users that are using the highest number of licenses.
