If you experience problems with LM-X, we may ask you to enable debug mode and send us the log files from the LM-X log directory for further investigation. Depending on whether your request for assistance concerns the client library or the license server, we may ask you to enable client-side debug mode or enable license server debug mode respectively.

  • If needed, you may send your own application code, if it is compilable.

  • All data files should be compressed and emailed to technical support as a zip file. support. In case of large amount of data, the files should be uploaded onto ftp://customerupload.x-formation.com. Each affected client will be given unique credentials to the passive FTP server.

  • If the problem is in related to your application instead of rather than LM-X, and you would like assistance resolving the problem, this is not covered under normal LM-X support and must be done as hourly consultant work. If this is the case, we will inform you so that you can either request our consultant services or do the debugging yourself.

  • You can request our consultant services to obtain a complete implementation of LM-X within your software, where we will assure that the implementation works as expected.
