Merging realtime data from two separate license servers under a single server is supported only in case of merging realtime license servers with their duplicates created during upgrade to v4.6. This is possible when, apart from conditions 1-4 listed in Merging license server data, one of the realtime license servers you want to merge is has been configured in the Realtime License Server tab in the Administration page.
