Introduced remote session closing feature for License Harvesting.

Tip

After the application was closed by License Harvester on License Harvesting closes an application on the end-user host, License Statistics can automatically force the session releasing to release on the corresponding license server and return it the license to the available pool. Applies

This feature applies only to LM-X and FlexNet License Mangerslicense managers.
