The information on this page refers to License Statistics v6.7 or newer, which moved LM-X license server installer and liblmxvendor library from the "license" directory to "tools". If you are using an earlier version, please refer to the documentation for earlier versions. |
To setup a floating license for License Statistics, you must configure and start the LM-X license server using the lmx-enduser-tools installer (included with the License Statistics distribution and located in the tools directory) and correctly configure License Statistics. Note that to install LM-X license server, you need to specify the path to the liblmxvendor.dll file, whose default location is also the tools directory.
