Fixed an issue with starting the License Statistics after updating the embedded database

Warning

The issue can occur only when updating the embedded database initialized before License Statistics v6.18. 

Affected versions:

If you've experienced this issue, update to License Statistics v6.24.2 and restart the host. License Statistics should start without further issues.
